I’m a walking confetti cannon, loaded and ready to celebrate every big decision, milestone, paid mortgage, and penny found in a parking lot.
For the past 11 years, I’ve been a writing professor and advisor/mentor/hypewoman. Teaching and learning are vulnerable and brave acts of self-love: both require us to give voice to our fundamental needs to be seen, heard, understood, and encouraged to expand.
Your life is full of moments like these—when you’re terrified of all the things you don’t know, but you’ve managed to find yourself in front of this person who says, “I’m so glad you’re here. You’re right on time.”
In inherently vulnerable situations like these, you need someone to see you exactly as you are while creating a space for you to finally imagine what it will be like when you declare who you want to be.
You need someone to ask you the right questions—the ones that make you wonder if the things you’ve come to believe about who you are and what you can do were ever true.
You need someone to tell you that you have something only you can create, and that maybe that thing is your one & only beautiful life.
You need someone to show you just how much your life can change when you’re brave enough to decide that it’s yours.
You need someone like me.
I’m here to help guide you through the process of becoming who you are as you explore pieces of yourself and stories you’ve never told, but always believed.
I’m so glad you’re here.
You’re right on time.
